The cleaning requirements of the aged-care sector are very particular. We ensure our people are inducted and trained according to your needs and our standards. Training takes the form of 36 modules across four categories, and is both comprehensive and ongoing. Just some of the key training areas on which we concentrate include:
- infection control and the importance of hand-washing
- the correct use of disinfectants
- the use and frequent changing of plastic gloves
- disposal of hazardous materials, and
- cleaning up bodily fluids.
We also employ experienced medical-industry professionals who provide our cleaners with specialist advice, and provide different services relevant to many aged-care facilities, such as supernumeraries, grounds maintenance and window cleaning personnel.
